Delivery

We deliver to anywhere in the UK and Rest of World, varying delivery charges apply.

UK and Jersey orders are calculated based on the order value.

Europe and the rest of the world will be calculated on a weight value which will be calculated at checkout.

All delivery charges are as outlined below:

Including the following countries and territories: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Holy See (Vatican City State), Hungary, Iceland, Isle of Man, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo (Republic of), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova (Republic Of), Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine.

Please note - working days exclude public and bank holidays which may vary per country.

Local Tax and Import Duty

If you are ordering our products to a destination outside of the UK, you may be subject to your local countries import duties and taxes which are levied upon arrival to the specified destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Mayad Allos Art is not liable for any of these charges to be returned to the customer. We cannot quote the exact amount of these charges prior to dispatch, and so these should be discussed with the appropriate customs authority at the order’s final destination.

Changes to Delivery Information

Once your order has been placed it moves to our third party manufacturer to prepare, so we cannot guarantee any amendments to delivery information can be made. However, do reach out to us at info@mayadallosart.co.uk and we will do our best to assist.

Changes to Delivery Policy

We reserve the right to amend this policy, delivery times and prices at any time. Changes to cost will not affect any contracts formed prior to the change. In the instance of delayed delivery we will get in touch with you.

Brexit and Covid-19

Whilst we are ensuring to make every effort to stay on top of delivery information and impact by both the Covid-19 pandemic and Brexit, we may experience unexpected delays or changes to our delivery services. These will be communicated to you if your order is impacted.
